When you come for your vaccination

When arriving for your vaccination, follow given instructions.

The COVID-19 vaccination consists of two vaccine doses. You will receive information about your second vaccination appointment in connection with your first vaccination.

Only come for your vaccination if you are healthy and only come at the time of your booked appointment, avoid waiting at the vaccination site.

A person arriving for vaccination may, if necessary, be accompanied by a maximum of one escort in order to avoid traffic at the vaccination site.

Wear a mask.

Sanitise your hands when you arrive and when you leave.

Keep a safe distance of at least two metres from others.

Take your Kela card with you and take it out while waiting for your turn.

Wear clothing that allows the upper arm to be easily exposed.

It is not possible to select a certain vaccine product at the vaccination site.

If you have already had the COVID-19 disease, we recommend that you delay taking the vaccine for about six months from the onset of symptoms or the diagnosis of infection. Also, if you have had the COVID-19 disease after your first vaccine dose, the second one will not be given until six months from the diagnosis of infection.

If you have previously had severe allergic reactions, check with your health centre that you can have the COVID-19 vaccine.
