Don’t be left without help

The coronavirus situation is causing major changes in people’s lives and habits, and can raise a lot of concerns about one’s own situation or that of a loved one. In addition, the effects may also extend to one’s own financial situation if an employment relationship ends, for example, or the amount of work decreases significantly.

The current coronavirus situation may be a concern when making plans. Various telephone services help to deal with the thoughts and worries arising from the situation, and provide advice if necessary on health or online services related to the coronavirus. Different kinds of help and support are also available to support everyday life.

Nationwide coronavirus helpline

The general coronavirus helpline, which operates throughout Finland, provides general information on the coronavirus from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. The service, carried out in cooperation with the authorities, is available primarily in Finnish, but also in English insofar as possible.
